About Aimee

Hello! I’m a passionate and certified yoga instructor dedicated to helping students find balance, clarity, and relaxation through restorative and grounding yoga. With a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training accredited by the Yoga Alliance, I have the knowledge and experience to guide you through a practice that supports both your body and mind. My teaching style is warm, supportive, and tailored to your needs—whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner. I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or experience, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable and empowered in your practice. Through personalised sessions, I focus on gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation techniques to help you relieve stress, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Whether you prefer online lessons or in-person sessions in the Essex area, I’m here to support you on your journey to well-being.

About the lesson

I offer private yoga sessions designed to restore balance, promote relaxation, and ground both the body and mind. My approach focuses on restorative and grounding yoga techniques, helping you find clarity, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Whether you're looking to unwind after a busy day or create a deeper mind-body connection, my sessions are tailored to your needs. Each lesson is personalised and can include gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation techniques. The typical length of a session is flexible and can be discussed based on your goals and availability. I am a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training, accredited by the Yoga Alliance. My experience allows me to guide students of all levels, whether you're completely new to yoga or an experienced yogi. Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or ability. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and empowered on your journey to balance and well-being. Sessions are available online or in-person at your home (location to be discussed - Essex area only). I am available weekends and evenings throughout the week.
