About Satwinder
I am a Physical Educationist currently pursuing my bachelors degree at PGGC 11 Chandigarh. I am a fitness lover ; so to keep our mind and body fit and in balance here we go with our amazing yoga asanas I.e. Surya Namaskar and Breath control meditations too!
