About Amanda
Amanda is a registered trauma-informed yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500), Ayurvedic Practitioner and Reiki master with focus on nervous system regulation, breath and energy work. I did my first teacher training in 2016 and have been teaching since them. I love sharing the transformational power of yoga in small & big ways and continue to learn from my teachers, currently Janet Stone and Bernie Clark.

I specialize in in Ayurveda and Vinyasa Yoga, Yin yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pre & postnatal yoga classes with a trauma-informed approach.
My specialty is breath-led, conscious yoga, with a focus on inclusivity & transformation I deeply believe yoga has the power to transform not only our own lives, but those of us around us and the world.
I'm committed to bring yoga and meditation as accessible tools for you to cultivate connection and relaxation.
In my classes I provide a safe space for you to slow down, be present, find calm amidst the chaos, and connect with your body with curiosity and kindness.
