About Mike
I have been teaching for ten years, in a variety of contexts. Obtaining an undergraduate degree in biology, I trained in chemistry teaching. I have worked in Scotland, England and South Africa - teaching chemistry, biology and physics up to A-level/Higher. I have also tutored individuals in a variety of science courses. Currently, I work in additional support needs, supporting those with autism, ADHD and dyslexia to access mainstream education.

My teaching method will be based on an ongoing assessment of individual needs. From highly scaffolded support to exam practice, each student will benefit from effective teaching and learning. I believe that "ability" is a misconception, and that with appropriate support, anyone can achieve the highest results.
