About MITHLESH
I am a Mechanical engineering graduate from one of the premier institutes of the country and for the past one and half years I have worked in Hyundai motors as Senior Executive.The insights which have I have gained in the industry has helped me figure out that the prominent factor required to succeed in the world is not the scale of your knowledge but the depth of your knowledge. To quote Bruce Lee “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced 1 kick 10,000 times."We have to get back to basics and completely understand them, most of us engineers today lack this basic factor and we struggling to face the real world. We as a society should change our focus back to the basic as see to that the atleast the coming generation ready for the challenge.
