About Iona

I am a bubbly, smiley women who is curious and loves to explore. Art and design has always been a huge part of my identity, but has changed a lot over time. I’ve loved trying out different mediums and seeing the beauty in each craft. I’ve had a lot of experience in different art institutions and one particular thing that I felt lacked in support is the openness for students to explore their own form of expression and imagination. I feel receiving this is so important to grow up with as it will deeply influence our relationship with ourselves as individuals and the way we consciously choose to listen to our intuition and imagination.

About the lesson

My lessons will firstly be directed by what the student would like to explore. Or I would give a few options of what the focus of the class could be. Whether it’s:
- Emotionally driven,
- Technical technique learning, or
- Exploring mediums and methods.
