About Marika
For the last 14 years, I have been teaching yoga in Costa Rica and Hawaii. I currently reside in Hawaii; and offer lessons both online or in person. I have helped many, many students attain more strength, flexibility, presence, and calmness in their lives.

My lessons are tailored to your specific needs. Whether it be to gain strength, flexibility, or peace of mind, my lessons will address all of these things. We will focus on posture, alignment, conscious breathing, and mindfulness/being present.
My lessons can be 60, 75, or 90 minutes. Open to all levels, including beginners.
I have 14 years experience teaching yoga, and over 25 years studying and practicing.
