About Mali
I am pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Art through QUT’s competitive Open Studio Visual Arts course. I have a 6.0 GPA and have been consistently employed as an artist assistant in studios since I was 16. I have won bursaries for my artworks, recieved scholarships, and continue to recieve commissions. I have been tutoring since I was 15 and have been trained in sensitivity, basic teaching strategies, and have experience working with students of different cultures, students still learning english, and students with intellectual, emotional, or physical special requirements.

My process is tailored to each student or group I take on. I approach the initial lesson as a way to gauge the student's experience, skill, and theoretical knowledge. Once I have an understanding of where they're at I devise coursework and methods to compliment their age and what they are hoping to achieve. My classes are laid-back, kind hearted, and I by no means rule with an iron fist.
