I believe health is blend of physical fitness, mental balance and emotional well-being.I have been practicing Yoga for more than 15 years and hence experienced the benefits of the same on every aspect of life. My passion for Yoga lead me to teaching and healing journey. I have supported thousands of individuals through a holistic lifestyle and yoga based philosophy.
My sessions are based on Hatha, Vinyasa and Patanjali Yoga approach. I conduct holistic fitness, Wellness, weight loss programs, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama classes. I conduct both group and individual classes. My sessions are curated as per the health concerns and goals of an individual.
