I am passionate, dedicated and caring in my approach to my students and hope to continue to develop myself and my own practice so I can continue sharing this with others.

- I love building a rapport with my students and studying them throughout the practice to see their strengths and what they would benefit from developing in their practice.
- My classes are typically 1 hour long.
- I have provided classes around Liverpool in different studios, and also worked alongside charities providing yoga classes.
- I also have experience teaching yoga classes online via zoom/teams etc.
