About Nia
I've been a yoga student for the last ten years practising Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga. All of my learning and teaching has been from India. I've had the privilege to learn traditional yoga from very accomplished teachers and I'm keen to pass that learning on.

I believe that yoga is for everybody no matter the body type, the range of flexibility and mobility. It's more than just physical exercise. My focus is to understand the student's need and design their classes accordingly. I use breath work and props to help develop the faculty to be more self-aware of the body and mind.
