About Emma
I'm forever grateful that I took the incredible opportunity to complete a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and become a Yoga Teacher. I love providing students with a safe space to feel great!
I trained in Vinyasa, Power and Relaxation (Restorative) Yoga, as well as the sister science of Ayurveda, incorporating self care and mindfulness techniques.
I started practicing yoga in 2017 and it soon became my sanctuary, my safe space away from the hectic 9-5, and my time to focus on me. Yoga, meditation and pranayama have played a huge part in overcoming anxiety which I suffered with for years.
I am an open book, I like to share my journey and experiences, what I've learned along the way and any way I can help guide you on your path.

As your guide, my classes provide a safe space for you to step on the mat, feel free and be who you want to be.
I usually include meditation, pranayama breathwork and a flow with some dynamic movements, however I tailor the class and timings to suit you.
My aim is to bring you a sense of relaxation, connecting with yourself and your breath, calming your nervous system, building flexibility and strength, and of course having fun!
Open to all levels, and complete beginners are very welcome.
