About Nicole
I am a friendly, approachable and passionate yoga instructor who enjoys helping others feel more confident, relaxed and comfortable in their bodies. I take the time to understand each student’s individual needs and create supportive, personalised sessions. I believe yoga should be enjoyable and accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or ability. My aim is to make every session welcoming, positive and beneficial.

My private yoga sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, experience and goals. I use a calm, supportive and encouraging approach, focusing on mindful movement, breathing, flexibility, strength and relaxation. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are suitable for beginners through to more experienced students. I aim to create a welcoming environment where everyone can work at their own pace and feel comfortable developing their yoga practice.
