About Isabelle
To learn a language also means discovering a new culture, embracing « a-broad perspective » including a different view of the world and others. Social anthropologist certified in neuroscience, I am specialized in Gifted Education and I train organizations about cross-cultural leadership. Therefore I can include a preparation for international exchange students, a support briefing about life/career/cultural transitions for professionals, or even deliver expatriation coaching or intercultural communication classes to families and teams, upon request. I have been working for over 20 years with expat families. Whether you want to learn English or French, I can help you! Perfect bilingual FR / EN, holder of a Master in Communication and a PGCE (ULg, BE and Worcester University, UK), I offer immersion courses in both languages. I help with homework strategies, learning methods and / or conversational sessions for all ages and levels: from children to seniors, from beginners to advanced. Active and "fun" methodology centered on the expression and development of self-confidence through effective techniques of concentration, memorization and relaxation. I am based in Schaerbeek near Evere: 3 km from NATO and 5 km from the European district. I also offer Skype sessions tailored to your schedule and time zone.

Details
2018 Rates:
- one-on-one course, homework support, learning methods and school coaching = 45€/hr
- one-on-one conversational session face to face or via Skype = 40€/hr
- language class for maximum 3 participants of similar level = 35€/hr/person
- conversation table with maximum 6 participants = 30€/hr/person
Cancellation Policy: at no charge 48 hours prior. 50% fee if 24 hours notice, 100% for same day cancellations.
You may book 2 hours in a row to advance learning (50% off travel expenses) or a full day for intensive practice (travel costs are offered to you).
