About the lesson

As a tutor with a BS in Statistics and years of home tutoring experience, my teaching approach is built around clarity, structure, and confidence-building. I help students truly understand the “why” behind each formula, not just memorize it.

Teaching Method & Techniques
I follow a concept-first approach. I break complex topics into simple, digestible parts using:

-Real-life examples (especially for probability, hypothesis testing , regression)
-Visual tools: graphs, flowcharts, and digital whiteboards
-Step-by-step problem solving, not shortcuts
-A calm, judgment-free environment where students can ask anything
-I use tools like Zoom, whiteboards, Excel, and SPSS to create a hands-on learning experience.

️ A Typical Lesson Plan Includes:
-Warm-up questions to review previous concepts
-Explanation of the day’s topic with real-world context
-Live examples solved together using pen/paper or screen
-Student-led problem solving with hints and feedback
-Quick recap and Q&A

What Sets Me Apart
-I connect statistics with real-world scenarios, so students see the practical value
-I give exam-focused strategies and help with assignments, thesis work, or research interpretation

Who Are My Lessons For?
University & college students studying:
-Statistics
-Mathematics
-Research Methods
-Data Analysis (SPSS, Excel, Power BI, R)
-A-level / O-level students needing help with core math/stat concepts
-Beginners struggling with math anxiety or looking for step-by-step guidance
