About Sophie
My name is Sophie. I’m a qualified OT with over 10 years NHS experience. I came to Yoga myself due to work related stress and bereavement and the more I learnt about Yoga, the more I began teaching its tools to manage long term health conditions to my patients and loved ones. I set up my own holistic therapies business in 2022 and I absolutely love working with clients on a one to one basis whereby I can assess, explore and share Yoga to support meaningful changes in people’s lives. I have two exemplary teachers— Marilyn Heginbotham and Jane Craggs, all that I share is of their lineage. A Yoga that is person specific, nurturing, compassionate and evidence based.
