About Sonya
A native of Russia I have lived in New Zealand and Australia for the last 14 years. I have a Bachelor (5 year degree) in Linguistics, Cambridge CELTA and IELTS Teacher Training certificate. I have worked in international logistics for 8 years but I recently decided to go back to what I truly love. I have been working as a teacher of English for the last three years. I have a passion for languages and I love people.

A native of Russia I have been teaching General English to teenagers and adult students for the last few years. In my lessons I rely on student-centred approach that combines a foundation of grammar and communicative practice. I also help students with their preparation to IELTS exam, such lessons are usually designed according to specific goals of a student that we discuss during the initial needs analysis. I can also check / proofread writing tasks. I conduct languages online and offline. I live in South Perth and I am available 9am-3pm weekdays.
