About Bayli
I have had the desire to work with children since I was a child myself. Through my studies on psychology, I have learned plenty about childhood development and how each child is unique, just like their learning ability. I work with children in the classroom and on the field to become confident learners and individuals.

I plan lessons and teaching around HOW the student learns. I use plenty of positive reinforcement and constructive criticism. I make sure students are comfortable with the topic at hand, not just passing assessments, before moving on. I encourage my students to speak up, promote safe spaces, and allow children to be their true selves through learning.
