About Mong

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology. I finished: Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Teachers Training, and Yoga Alliance 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training: Pranayama + Anatomy and physiology I have been practising Ashtanga yoga for 20 years. I am recently working with patients with mental health issues.

About the lesson

We are going to begin the practice with pranayama (breathing techniques), followed by Sun Salutation Flow which unites your breath with your body, and finishing the practice with Meditation, it helps to calm your mind, and live in the present moment.
