About Shruti jain
I am a certified Indian Yoga teacher with over 11 years of experience in women's health and wellness. I have helped more than 4000 women naturally manage PCOS, PCOD, thyroid, diabetes and weight loss through personalized yoga, pranayama and diet guidance.
My classes are live on Zoom, only for women, with full personal attention and posture correction. I teach in simple Hindi and English, suitable for beginners to advanced level.
