मैं एक प्रमाणित योग शिक्षक हूँ। मैंने पारंपरिक गुरुकुल शिक्षा प्राप्त की है, जहाँ योग, अनुशासन और भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा का गहन अध्ययन किया। मैंने Yoga Alliance (RYS 200) से 200 घंटे का योग शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा किया है और वर्तमान में संस्कृत (शास्त्री) की पढ़ाई पूर्न कर लिया हूँ। मेरा उद्देश्य केवल योगासन सिखाना नहीं, बल्कि योग के माध्यम से शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य, मानसिक शांति, आत्मविश्वास और संतुलित जीवन की ओर लोगों का मार्गदर्शन करना है। मैं प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी की आयु, क्षमता और आवश्यकता के अनुसार सरल, सुरक्षित और पारंपरिक योग का अभ्यास कराता हूँ। मेरा विश्वास है कि योग केवल व्यायाम नहीं, बल्कि एक संपूर्ण जीवन-पद्धति है जो व्यक्ति के शरीर, मन और आत्मा का समग्र विकास करती है।

I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher with a strong traditional Gurukul background and a deep understanding of authentic yogic principles. My classes focus on Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Bandha, Mudra, and mindfulness practices. Every session is designed according to the student's age, fitness level, and personal goals. I believe yoga is not just physical exercise but a complete way of life that promotes physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and inner peace. My teaching approach is simple, safe, supportive, and suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners, helping students build strength, flexibility, confidence, and overall well-being through traditional yet practical methods.
