Hello, I am Deeksha.
Yoga has been a part of my life for a long time, but it wasn't until I immersed myself in the rigorous academic environment of Dev Sanskriti University, Haridwar, that I truly understood its power. Having completed both my Bachelor's and Master's in Yogic Science and Holistic Health, and qualifying for the UGC-NET, I don’t just 'teach' yoga—I share a science-backed, holistic discipline.

I know that no two bodies—and no two minds—are the same. That is why you won’t find me teaching 'one-size-fits-all' routines. Whether we are focusing on disease-based management, a steady Hatha practice, or the deep restoration of Yoga Nidra, I tailor every movement to fit your specific needs and goals.
