I can provide training on all things project planning and scheduling, from best practices to the benefits when managing programmes. I can help either budding planners develop their skills or coach project managers on how to improve their own schedules. I currently deliver training in my role to other planners and project managers and I can be flexible on approach to suit you as the student.
