About Oluwatosin
Hello! My name is Oluwatosin Rahman, and I’m a passionate and professional Mathematics educator with over 12 years of teaching experience. I hold a B.Sc. (Ed) in Mathematics Education from the University of Lagos, and I’ve worked with hundreds of students—both in the classroom and online—to help them gain confidence and excel in math. I chose to become a teacher because I believe that every child can succeed in mathematics when given the right support and encouragement. Teaching is more than just a job for me—it’s a calling. I find great joy in helping students overcome their fears, understand challenging topics, and discover the fun side of math. Over the years, I’ve developed a patient, clear, and engaging teaching style that adapts to each student’s learning pace and needs. I work mostly with primary and junior secondary students (ages 6–14), using interactive lessons and real-life examples to make math easier to understand. I'm a qualified Math teacher with a B.Sc. (Ed) in Mathematics Education from the University of Lagos and over 12 years of experience (10 in classrooms and 2 online). I specialize in helping primary and junior secondary students (ages 6–14) understand and enjoy mathematics. My lessons are interactive, practical, and aligned with the British curriculum.
