About XinRan
I am currently a researcher in the field of Dark Matter physics. I tutor 8 degree level students as well as a Masters student.
I am new to tutoring but I have studied through the Scottish education system so know the syllabus well. I like to inspire students to gain a passion for physics, to see how simple ideas can lead to some of the greatest discovers of our time.

I have always had a passion for science and Physics in particular as it searches for the answers to some of the most fundamental questions of the universe.
I have a lot of experience communicating ideas to people of varying levels of physics knowledge. I have taken part in many outreach programmes such as the Big Bang Fair in London, Science Up Close at Harwell and once at the Houses of Parliament.
