About Brittney

Hello! My name is Brittney Wilson and I’ve been a successful Film and Television Actor since I was 6 years old. I’ve done everything from Series Regular roles, Feature Films to Voice Over. I’ve been featured on networks such as Nickelodeon, Disney, Hulu, TNT, A&E, and Hallmark, just to name a few. I’ve done everything from Dramatic television to Live Audience Sitcoms.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with and learned from so many incredible people and I’m so thankful to be in a position to share those lessons with a new generation of actors. With my help, my students have appeared on shows and feature films for networks like Netflix, Amazon Prime, The CW and Hallmark, just to name a few. I absolutely love watching my students grow and tap into parts of themselves they never even knew were there. I can help you get there too! Your success is my success!

About the lesson

I am here to meet you where you are at! Whether you’re absolutely brand new, just looking to have some fun, or you’re a seasoned actor I can help you take your skills to the next level. I will tailor our lessons to what you need each time. Here are just some of the things I can offer:

- AUDITION TECHNIQUE and SKILLS - you’ll learn how to properly do a self tape or audition and how to make yourself stand out

- SCENE STUDY - learn how to read a scene thoroughly to find all of the important details you need to know for your character

- THEATRE ACTING vs. FILM ACTING - these are two very different types of acting. If you’re looking to move from theatre to film, I can help you make those adjustments

- EXERCISES - I will teach you exercises to get past any blocks you may have and get you to a place of trusting your instincts

- CHARACTER - You’ll learn how to develop a character and tap into the parts of yourself that can really bring a character to life

- INDUSTRY INFORMATION - I know all of the ins and outs of this industry. I can answer all of your questions about how to break into the industry and what it’s like to be on a real film set!

- PRIVATE COACHING - I provide private coaching for auditions and self tapes as well.

The most important part of being an Actor is to have fun and love what you’re doing. If you’re not having fun, what’s the point? I always aim to have a great time in my lessons and I try to make sure you’re always enjoying our time together.
