About Kellan

I am an ESL tutor with 8 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over these years, I have taught 150-200 students, each with unique learning styles, goals, and challenges. My passion for teaching English comes from seeing students transform—gaining confidence, speaking fluently, and achieving milestones they once thought were unreachable.

My teaching style is interactive, practical, and personalised. I use real-life examples, exercises, and discussions to develop speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. I also focus on building self-confidence, communication, and critical thinking, ensuring students can use English confidently in academics and real-life situations.

Some of my proudest moments include students giving presentations in English for the first time, improving grades significantly, writing essays confidently, and participating actively in discussions. Witnessing these transformations inspires me to continue teaching with patience, creativity, and dedication.

I aim to create a supportive, motivating, and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and exploring the language. Teaching ESL is more than a job—it is my passion, and I am committed to helping students reach their full potential while enjoying the journey of learning English.
