About Mary

I have a BBA in Marketing from Temple and worked in branding and design for 7 years before returning to school to be an Art Educator. Currently studying for a BS in Education in Art Education mastering multiple mediums including drawing, sculpture, sewing, painting, printmaking, and ceramics.

About the lesson

I try to build practical skills into arts education, encouraging students to try new things and find solutions to problems they encounter. I break things down to the simplest form when demonstrating to elude confusion. Strong propensity towards including science and math in instruction where possible.
