I have been working with Michaela for the past 8 months. I was new to teaching and learned so much from her, she also welcomed me to the school and made me feel so comfortable. The students adore working with her and she is kind, patient and creative with her teaching methods. She always adapts her lessons to the student and encourages their individuality, as well as making them feel supported. She is a brilliant colleague and is always on time and organised.
