About Viviana
Soy estudiante de yoga desde el año 2000. Doy clases desde 2013. Cursé el profesorado en el año 2015. Desde entonces imparto clases particulares y a grupos pequeños con modalidad online. Cursé seminarios de especialización en Argentina y en Italia. Hice seminarios con Chiara Travisi en Milán.

Diseño clases que se adaptan a las necesidades de cada cuerpo. No hace falta tener ninguna condición física en especial ni una edad determinada. Las posturas y el trabajo se ajusta a tus posibilidades y no a la inversa. El trabajo es más o menos intenso según el alumno lo requiera.
