About Masha

It’s life balance and wellbeing that attracted me to yoga. After all, yoga teaches us the art of being present, self-care and nurturing our soul with meditation and our breath. I have been practicing yoga for almost a decade now, after completing my 200-hr yoga teacher training with Sivananda yoga, in 2010. Since then I have become interested in mindful living and thus completed an eight-week long mindfulness course at the Brussels Mindfulness Institute. During my teachings and encounters with my yoga students, I have developed a great passion for prenatal & postnatal yoga, as well as Yin Yoga for which I completed a course recognized by the Yoga Alliance. My teaching styles include Hatha yoga, Yin, prenatal & postnatal yoga. As well as Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

About the lesson

Hatha Flow Yoga: this class is ideal for beginners and intermediate students. The class focuses on combining the physical postures (asanas) with the breath (pranayama) as we move from one posture to the next. The class is brought to a close with a guided relaxation. -Restorative yoga: for stress, anxiety & burnout -Yoga nidra: yogic sleep for deeper relaxation and mindfulness of the body -Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga: Yoga has been adapted to suit pregnant women and help them as their bodies transform through the pregnancy. The classes focuses on the pelvic floor muscles, breathing, relaxing and connecting with the baby.
