About Bruna
I have been an Ashtanga Yoga teacher for less than 1 years and have worked with small groups of people from 15 to 30 years old. I teach beginners in Yoga or Ashtanga mode who seek to improve their breathing, flexibility, spirituality or really seek a radical change of life (for the better).

Ashtanga's teaching method requires a unique contact between teacher and students. It is common to use touches to fix postures on students. Breathing, strength and flexibility work together in a humble way to build a life and body fit for life.
