My teaching methodology is talking. You can learn in silence. You have to be able to discuss, direct, deconstruct and reconstruct ideas to be able to truly understand them. Learning is not about regurgitating a method you've practiced a million times. Its about being able to apply the method in the correct context and solve problems.
