I am a Prenatal Yoga Therapist from India, deeply passionate about supporting women through pregnancy with calm, awareness, and trust in the body’s wisdom. My teaching blends gentle yoga, breathwork, relaxation practices, and emotional grounding to create a safe and nurturing space.
I believe yoga during pregnancy is not about performance but about connection — with the self, the baby, and the natural rhythm of life. I love sharing practices that help mothers feel confident, relaxed, and empowered as they prepare for birth.
