About Kashifa
Hello! My name is Kashifa, and I am a practicing visual artist and experienced art instructor who loves helping students discover their creativity and build confidence through art.
I have over 10 years of experience teaching art to children, teens, adults, beginners, and students with different abilities and learning needs. I teach oil painting, acrylic, watercolor, drawing, landscapes, portraits, still life, and mixed media.
My teaching style is friendly, patient, and encouraging. I believe that everyone can learn to create art when they have the right guidance and a supportive environment. I break techniques into simple, manageable steps and encourage students to explore, experiment, and develop their own artistic style.
As a practicing artist, I bring real studio and exhibition experience into my lessons. I understand both the technical and creative sides of making art, and I enjoy sharing practical knowledge that students can apply to their own work.
Whether you are a complete beginner, returning to art after a break, or looking to strengthen your existing skills, I will meet you at your level and help you progress at your own pace.
My goal is simple: to make learning art enjoyable, build your confidence, and help you create artwork you are proud of.
