About Priscila Edén
Hi! I'm Pri, a Yoga and Integral Stretching teacher specializing in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga. I also teach Yoga for children. I've been passionate about movement and well-being since I was 14, constantly attending trainings, courses, and workshops. Over time, I've deepened my practice, refining what resonates with me and understanding that each person is unique. Different techniques may resonate with different people, but they all lead to the same goal: feeling good! That’s why I love exploring new approaches and sharing them.

My passion is working with the body holistically to access deeper, more subtle aspects of well-being. I incorporate tools from biomechanics, Ayurveda, meditation, mantras, mudras, and affirmations. Based on your lifestyle, preferences, and goals, I combine different techniques (Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, stretching) and session lengths (40 min, 1 hour, 1.5 hours) to create a personalized and effective class just for you!

Las clases de Priscila realmente son maravillosas, desde cómo te invita a meditar, de lo presente que está en cada movimiento cuidando de tu cuerpo, pero también ayudando a qué des lo mejor en ese momento.
Es muy responsable y muy capaz.
La recomiendo una y mil veces.Es súper dulce y paciente para dar clase. Además me ayudó mucho a encontrarme y sentirme más cómoda. A la primera clase ya sabía que iba a volver a todas las siguientes.
Recomiendo totalmente a Pri como profesora, es una excelente profesional. Es súper amable y tiene mucha paciencia al momento de explicar.
