About Maimoona

I am a Master's-qualified tutor specializing in Mathematics, Physics and Science for IGCSE and A-Level students. I am committed to helping students develop both the knowledge and the confidence needed to achieve their academic goals.
My teaching approach is patient, structured and adapted to each student's individual needs. I focus on explaining difficult concepts clearly, building strong problem-solving skills, and preparing students thoroughly for examinations through regular practice and constructive feedback.
I offer lessons both online and in person, and I aim to create a respectful and supportive learning environment in which students feel comfortable asking questions and making steady progress.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed to build a strong understanding of Mathematics, Physics and Science for students preparing for IGCSE and A-Level examinations. I hold a Master's degree, and I teach with a clear, structured approach that prioritizes conceptual understanding over memorization.
Each session begins with a review of the student's current level and specific goals. Lessons are then tailored accordingly, covering syllabus content, exam technique, past paper practice and detailed feedback on mistakes. Progress is monitored regularly so that students remain confident and well prepared.
Lessons are available both online and in person, and I am happy to adapt the schedule to suit the student's commitments.
Students are welcome to contact me to arrange an introductory discussion about their requirements.
