About Lou
I am a certified movement teacher with a background in yoga and Pilates, passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies. I teach Pilates because I believe mindful movement is a powerful tool for improving physical health, mental clarity, and self-awareness. My goal is to guide students toward sustainable strength, better posture, and long-term well-being through intelligent, accessible practice.
