I am a Holistic therapist, I dedicate myself to different therapies where the knowledge of the Essential Self is sought and in this way live in a State of Health and happiness.

Om! Dear practitioners! I am a Yoga Teacher of the Sivananda Lineage (integrates the 4 paths of Yoga, Hatha -asanas and pranayamas-, bhakti, jnana and Karma Yoga).
In addition, I am a National Professor of Physical Education and a physical trainer in sports and health. I offer my classes for those who want to achieve a balance in their daily life, reestablish or deepen their work through disciplined and conscious practice.
