About Stephanie
I teach yoga, yin yoga, and hatha yoga (Sivananda yoga) in Auckland. I did my hatha yoga teacher training in Canada in the Sivananda ashram and my yin yoga certificate in Germany. To deepen my yoga practice, I spent a few months in India to learn yoga at its origin. I taught many yoga classes and worked with many people. I am currently pursuing my PhD degree in food science and I have worked with many people regarding their health and nutrition for 10 years.

Yin Yoga Classes and HathaYoga Classes based on Sivananda tradition for all ages. One yoga lesson takes about 1 to 1.5 hour.
