About Jacob
I received my BS in mathematics from Miami University and my PhD in mathematics from the University of Cincinnati. During my time as a student, I tutored hundreds of students and I taught a few undergraduate courses. I have an expansive understanding of different approaches to mathematical topics. I also have good intuition for what a professor is expecting to see from their students.

I am very passionate about math and teaching. I have a lot of experience teaching and tutoring many levels of mathematics subject and my number one priority is always that the student feels comfortable and we go at a pace that works for the individual. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and confused by a subject and I promise to do my best to make learning math as fun as possible!
