About Brian
I hold a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology and have been teaching for 20 years. Many students have specifically requested to study with me because my reputation as a caring and compassionate professor speaks for itself. In fact, many of my colleagues - some of whom have been teaching far longer than I have - come to me for teaching advice from time to time!

I use a variety of proven teaching techniques, rooted in Adult Learning Theory, to create fun, engaging, and interactive learning experiences for advanced high school students, undergraduates, and graduate students (MS/MA and doctoral level). I provide relatable scenarios and practice problems to help you solidify your understanding of key concepts.
I specialize in and cater to nervous and anxious learners. We will work together to identify your unique learning barriers and resolve them for good. You WILL be successful in your classes!
