Emily pays attention to each person’s needs to find their individual learning style and plans best suited to meet those needs. She has made eating well a fun experience, rather than a dreadful feat. She has helped me to shift my lifestyle habits with eating and to find natural substitutes for unhealthy ones I learned to eat growing up. She is gentle in her gracious approach, but dynamically effective as well! She is the one I send my friends to who need to change their life starting with their physical health.
