About Julia
Originally from Brazil and now based in London, I bring a rich and diverse background to my teaching. My journey began with dance and music, which shaped my sensitivity and passion for movement. With training in various yoga styles, pilates, sound healing and Reiki, I weave these practices together to create classes that are both energising and deeply restorative. My intention is to guide each student in developing strength, balance, and awareness while cultivating a sense of ease and inner connection.
