About Anne
I have been teaching Kundalini yoga since June 2016 and Hatha flow for beginners since September 2016, in small groups (max 6 people). I also organize meditation sessions and specific workshops especially for the full moon. Previously on Nantes, I recently relocated to Bali in Indonesia. Where I offer courses via skype or other, as well as on-site courses and retreats.

I suggest you take Yoga classes (Hatha or hatha flow), postural yoga for the first and gentle dynamics for the other, following the teachings of Krishnamacharya and AG Mohan. As well as Kundalini yoga classes following the teaching of Yogi Bhajan. My pedagogy is adapted to each pupil and allows to work both at the physical level through postures (asanas), and energy (pranayama). Hatha / Hatha flow I organize my classes in 5 steps: 5 min of meditation at the beginning of the class to bring awareness to the mat, 5 min of pranayama, 10 min to warm up and prepare the body to practice, 40 min postures , 15 min of final relaxation. Duration: 1h Trained in prenatal and post-natal yoga, I also offer adapted specific courses. The first hour of class involves an exchange necessary to get to know the student and to understand his expectations and needs. Also the first course is structured in a particular way. Kundalini complete yoga suitable for all. The course consists of a pranayama and / or warm-up time, a series of exercises called "Kriyas", a relaxation and a time of meditation where mantras are often sung. Duration: 1h to 1h30
