About Wagnes
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching high school and college students. I enjoy helping students improve their English skills and gain confidence in communication. Over the years, I have taught around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me understand different learning styles and needs.
I focus on building a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing. One of my proudest milestones is seeing students who were once unsure become confident English speakers. Many of my students have improved their academic results and communication abilities.
My teaching style is simple, interactive, and supportive. I encourage students to practice regularly and express themselves freely. I believe every student has the potential to succeed, and I am dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.

My ESL teaching methodology is designed to help students use English confidently and naturally in real-life situations. I strongly believe that language learning becomes effective when it is connected to daily experiences, so I use real-life examples and case studies in every lesson.
These include situations like conversations with friends, workplace communication, travel, and academic discussions. This approach helps students understand not only the language but also how and when to use it correctly. I place a strong focus on motivation by creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel safe to speak, make mistakes, and improve without fear.
I include problem-solving activities such as role-plays, discussions, storytelling, and real-life tasks that encourage students to think in English and respond naturally. I teach with integrity by providing honest, clear, and constructive feedback, helping students understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
I also maintain flexibility by customizing each lesson based on the student’s level, pace, and personal goals. In addition to ESL, I support students with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing, and communication skills to ensure complete language development.
