About Claire

I am a freshman at The University of Texas of Arlington that is studying music education. I have been a percussionist for 7 years, teaching as a amateur for 3 years, and a professional for 1 year. I have also been in drumline for almost 6 years.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching music, is through patience, dedication, passion, strictness when needed, and fun. I have always loved teaching the younger students on how to perfect their skills as a percussionist, so I would love to teach your student as well. Whether they are a beginner or have experience, I will get them where they wish to be.

I met Claire at the start of my freshman year. She's guided me through music, showed me how to hold and play with 4 mallets, and she also has been the best listener that I know. She has never went back on her word and she works harder than any other percussionist I know. She's not only taught me but plenty of the freshman in LHS Pit. I'd recommend Claire to anyone who is willing to learn because I know that she is willing to teach.

Claire is trustworthy, because she is authentic, consistent, kind, and above all else humble. She puts her heart and soul into each of her practices and loves to share her knowledge with others. Claire is truly a great human being and an even better percussionist.
