About Anu
Hi! I’m a design student at NIFT and a sports enthusiast who loves playing badminton. Being a student, I know how tough it can be to manage studies, sports, and personal life sometimes our physical and mental health just takes a backseat. Yoga has been my secret to staying balanced. I learned it from my mother, starting with simple gharelu yoga, and over time, it became my way of practicing self-love and care. Yoga has helped me so much — it keeps me physically active and flexible, and more importantly, it helps me stay mentally calm and focused even during stressful days. It’s not just exercises; it’s a way to grow, feel stronger, and truly connect with yourself. That’s why I want to share it because I’ve experienced firsthand how it can make life healthier, happier, and more balanced, and I want everyone to feel that same joy and strength.
