I teach The Shantyoga method which is a complete practice with a natural evolution from relaxation, stretch, sun salutations, then sun salutations with variations and go back to stretch, inverted poses and final meditation. Each lesson is different according to what i feel in the moment. ADULT ONLY - NO RECORDING - THANK YOU
