Hi! I'm Robyn but please call me Robs, I use she/her pronouns. I'm not your typical Tutor, I am your personal guide on your journey in your yoga, wellness and creative movement practises! I have obtained a Bachelor of Fine arts in Dance as well as over 650 hours of Yoga and Wellness certifications/training. I'm currently registered as a 500 hour Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
I am passionate about sharing my extensive knowledge in these areas and personalizing a session to your unique needs.
We will create a plan to work towards your desired goals and map out the road to success and you will have support and encouragement from me every step of the way!
Sessions are based on your skill level: absolute beginner, beginner, intermediate and advanced. I have experience working with all ages in dance (3-17) as well as adults (18-50+) in Yoga.
Yoga/Wellness sessions:
Vinyasa, Power, Hatha, Nidra, Meditation, Aerial, Pranayama, Meditation and Reiki (energy healing).
Dance sessions:
Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Pointe, Improvisation, Choreography, Experimental, Free Movement, Conditioning and Strengthening.
Fitness/Movement sessions:
Barre, Stretching, Power Yoga, Strength Training, Free Movement and Cross-training
